Sansevieria Laurentii – “Flamma” (Medium)
Adopted
“Flamma” is my Sansevieria trifasciata ‘Laurentii’, a plant that feels bold and dramatic in its design. The dark green center of each leaf is so deep it almost appears black, and along the edges runs a glowing golden rim. Together, the contrast creates the effect of flames flickering in the night—a flame silhouette captured in plant form. This powerful combination of shadow and light is what makes Flamma stand out, even as part of a common species.
Resilient, architectural, and easy to care for, Laurentii has long been a beloved variety in the Sansevieria family. Yet Flamma feels especially striking, carrying its flame-like presence with strength and character. It thrives on minimal water, adapts to different light conditions, and remains proudly bold, always standing on its own root.
