Sansevieria trifasciata ‘Jaboa’ – “MixTape” (Large)
Adopted
The vast majority of this plant is Jaboa, recognizable by its broad, patterned leaves. Yet within its foliage appear subtle traces of Sansevieria trifasciata Laurentii, with golden margins, and Sansevieria zeylanica, with darker banding. It’s this blend—Jaboa at the core, with hints of two other classics—that gives the plant its name, “MixTape.”
Sansevierias are admired worldwide for their toughness, sculptural form, and minimal care needs. They are also noted for their air-purifying potential: the NASA Clean Air Study identified snake plants among species tested for removing certain indoor toxins. Resilient and rewarding, “MixTape” embodies the adaptability and charm that make Sansevierias so beloved. Explore more in our Sansevieria collection.
